After a very disappointing transaction with Arnold Clark a few years back we were apprehensive about car sale companiesbut saw a car we liked at Parks. Made contact via email then popped down for a test drive.Jim Smith met us and although the car we tested want for us, Jim looked through the stocks and organised another car for us.Importantly, we were not 'sold tool's, Jim took the time to listen and came up with alternative car. Which we bought!7 year warranty, all the paperwork handled to change over number plates and a friendly professional service.Of all the places we have used, Parks were head and shoulders above them and Jim Smith was focused at getting us what we needed, all the bells and whistles without the bells and whistles price tag. We have left with a great car and the security that we haven't been stung and we'll get the attention and service we value!
Purchased a car and the initial sales process was well conducted. After driving off we noticed not 1 but 3 major problems with the car which were never pointed out (Phone charger didn't work, sunroof didn't close and the seat was ripped on the side). Very disappointing as Jim was initially helpful, however when we raised the problems he got very defensive and didn't show any sympathy that this was really poor for a new customer to be hit with a number of faults within the first 5 minutes. Out of the 5 or so dealerships I have been too this is firmly one of the worst unfortunately. Still waiting for a reply from my e-mail which was sent 4 days ago!
Excellent sales service from Kelly. Car obviously wasnt prepared properly. However sorted out quickly by Kelly and Lisa. Quite happy with car now. Pity I couldn't afford a Stinger.
