Abysmal customer service recently. This is my 3rd Kia from Parks but I won't be back.
Very poor service from top to bottom. Had 2 major issues with my car within 1 month of the car being sold and serviced. The sun roof didnt shut and the gear stick come out of socket. Feel very mis sold on the car and would definitely not go back again.
Just bought new car from kelly. Couldnt fault the service. Nothing was a bother. Excellent

Well i grudgingly went back to parks to get my rear shock absorbers replaced.I made the appointment for a Thursday and after being asked if i could leave the car the whole day i agreed. A day before the appointment i received a phone call saying the mot was due and if i wanted to add that on the car would need to be in till the Friday as it was next day delivery for parts , even tho when i made the original appointment i asked if they would be able to sort the shocks in one day.So i agreed to have the car in till the Friday but i said im away to London for the weekend so can i pick the car up on Sunday , , Thursday arrives i take the car with my partner to the garage to be greeted with oh your car is going to be in till Tuesday as we cant get the parts in, WELL what a surprise!!, I said this is not good as my partner needs the car to get to work as she is a nanny and requires the car to take the 4 kids to and from school and nursery , lets see what the next phone call brings before 5 tonight
