A very pleasant buying experience. The sales guy, Jonathan Clarkson was great. We had a bit of a hiccup with the car the day after buying it but Jonathan sorted it out in no time at all. Things do go wrong in life ......... but its how you sort them out that counts and this bloke gets top marks !!!
Tried to buy a car twice from here at used car section in the last few months some how manage to get the least helpful and most annoying sales men. The first visit was awful and resulted in complaint as gentleman refused to look at my car and just gave me what he thought was a good part ex value. Second one seemed to have a sales guide manual and needed to speak to someone every time I asked a question. Bought a car from another dealer. Staff here need serious training on customer service from my experience.
Staff were decent until I left a deposit on a vehicle, after that they didn't want to help with any questions or queries I had. Arranged a delivery date with them, the day before delivery I tried to contact them and left a message to ask about timings etc and got no response. On delivery day, I rang again and they didn't know what was happening, they said they would find out and ring back within 5 minutes, it took them about an hour to then say the delivery had been cancelled but wasn't their fault. The delivery company they use had cancelled, even though they have their own ford delivery drivers I couldn't see why they couldn't deliver it themselves. Once delivered they registered the vehicle in the wrong name (Should have been commercial vehicle). Wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from here.
I bought my car from here and I was delighted withe the deal I got. I went on the website saw the car I wanted and within half an hour the deal was done. They gave the car a respray and I collected it the next day, excellent service and easy to deal with. I'd recommend to anyone who wants a new car at a decent price.
