When I saw it was a superstore, I thought there would be a cafe like the Hamilton one but there isn't. I wasn't overly impressed. There were only 2 manned checkouts open. Overall ok.
Self service staff need to learn manners and not scream at people in the sue that there is a scan free or card only nearly burst my ear drum shouting at the lady in front me
Usually OK but went in today and considering people would be doing some shopping for Xmas they had taken bags away then only giving one bag for a basket of tin's, the bags are far too weak to carry even 6pint milk they bust. Found some bags hanging went and took a few only for a staff member to notice and take the rest and put them under under check out. Extremely poor customer service also.
Bought a pair of trousers for a funeral this morning, got them late last night got back to my hotel tried them on too small took them back for the store opening to be told I couldn't exchange them till someone from George came in explained that I had a funeral this morning in Ayr at 9am I couldn't wait. Still they wouldn't exchange them.if you can sell an item at anytime you should be able to exchange it anytime. Will be going else where in future. for the record my name is William Beacon Rafferty it just said a Google user wouldn't post anonymously.
