Avoid at all cost, the staff are rude, obnoxious and don't care about the condition of properties they let out or the tenants they take on. Their valuations are often widely inaccurate when they can't be bothered to put the effort in to sell a property. If they think it will be a good seller then they will say all the right things to take you on their books. How this company has continued for so long is a mystery to me. Go to a reputable agent and avoid this group entirely if your buying, selling or renting.
Staff who took us around to view a place and were clueless when asking basic questions. When contacting via email with further questions it didnt seem like they wanted to answer any and it turns out the building hasnt even been assessed for a council tax band and the landlord doesnt even have a landlords registration number! They advised the place was ready to move in ASAP despite there being no assessment for a council tax band or the landlord not having registration number
Go elsewhere. Really great and friendly to begin with but rapidly stop caring about you. Property I moved into had a ton of issues and the major ones went ignored. Emails went unanswered and a scheduled inspection date came and went without any word from them (presumably to avoid having to be confronted about the problems). In addition, they fail to disclose important information that may lead to a lost sale. Find a different company with staff that don't just have a facade of being professional, but actually are.

If you are selling a property its my opinion you should avoid using this company.As a buyer I have enquired about property but it appears they are far too busy to reply.Due to this the seller may have been able to achieve a much higher price if they had of course got back to me.After checking the property was now under offer but they couldn't even be bothered to let me know.Shame, very poor communication which of course is key in the selling market.
