Not been that great exspeareace was there with my daughter & 3 friends for a birthday treat but unfortunately the water area had to shut after just 40 minutes there we did get a full refund but we didn't even get a reason from the staff as to why the water got shut down...not to mention we were surely entitled to know the reason since we drove the 25 minutes to get that & not even an explanation & our last visit my daughter noticed a large some of little white worms in an area near slides & on that Saturday visit this bit that the we're worms were in was covered with tape I presume this problem wasn't given any work or investigation after we reported it over 6 months ago so I'd say I wouldn't recommend as it has an endless problem due to hygiene been a very low standard. We will not be visiting this water park again very disappointed as I have given this place more than a far few changes but clearly this isn't of any interest to them so I will not give them the opportunity to disappoint us again.
Really enjoyed having some family fun together. Would recommend it and it keeps tue kids entertained for an hour and a half.
This is my first time at time capsule I took my nephew who suffers with autism same as me. I accidentally took my phone into the pool and when I noticed, I took my phone out and within 2 seconds a life guard blew their whistle at me, I tried to explain the situation and they were having ago at me, scaring me and my nephew then 2 more additional guards came along blowing more to the point my nephew was frightened. I get there are rules sometimes they're broken unintentionally but they are a business which allow children and they need to understand some have disabilities. After, the lifeguards where communicating to one another to keep an eye on us for reasons that where irrational. I complained to the manager who came across disinterested and completely defended the guards. This place needs better training and help understanding autism and other disabilities and until that day comes I'll never recommend time capsule to anyone and won't be going again.
Visited The Time capsule today with our 2 sons (7 and 10 yrs) and had a great time. Will def be back and it was worth the 1hr drive :)
Newly refurbished (2017). Fantastic flumes, wave machine and water fun area for the smaller kids. Pool is always warm and there are plenty of secure lockers for use. There is also a cafe which serves hot food and drinks. Highly recommended.
